sometimes the system we use at work is glitchy and does mental things.
it will make a claim for things it shouldnt, or not do a claim SOON enough….and there are times wheen there is simply no reason for it to do that. its enough to make a person pull theor hair out.
now i am the expert in our office and i can usually figure out a reason for whats happened but there are times i can not comprehend it at all so i will email our IHQ in the US to see if they can have a look and spot why its acting up just so i can advise the CSRs so they can explain to their clients.
so this morning i get in…and i must be PMSing because i was ready to punch the monitor when i read it, this stupid cow from the US replies:
Our system is set up to send the first claim when an issue is received and checked in for any customer.
Hey Brainstrust – i have worked in this company for over 7 and a half years and been using this frakking sytem for 5 of them – i know how the god damn claiming sytem works normally! But it FAILED THIS TIME because the OTHER client who gets it got their issue in Feb and the system didnt claim for the client i am enquiring about till june! check your info before you start with me wench! OMGAWD DIE!!!
