After work yesterday I went to Eckersleys to try and get inspired to make some stuff for Xmas. Craft and art shops are evil. I always spend more than i plan!
I loved the pretty papers!
Anyways so I bought some silver jewellery for my friends for Xmas from Szeya Designs on Etsy.
I decided I wanted to do something crafty myself so I made handmade cards to go with them. The pics at the top are the paper and other things i bought plus the front and inside of the cards. You can see from the pics I also used cute washi tape to stick the actual gifts inside the card.
I didnt go too mental with crazy decorations…i figured less was more. 😀
The most painful bit was the lil girls on the inside of the card – I had a sheet of paper covered with them and decided i wanted a set of them in each card so i cut out 3 lots. OMGAWD! Lets not do that again!
In other news coz I am mega lazy (and poor) and my brother is a Star Wars geek from WAAAY back…I am gonna make him some of these Star Wars Snowflakes! Thats gonna be his present! LOL!!!
I can post this here coz no one reads this blog anyways so there is no need to worry that I am spoiling someones Xmas suprise! lol
