I cant remember if it was Sunday or Monday now, but someone I follow on Tumblr mentioned SBS PopAsia.

Turns out its an australian 1) digital radio show streaming 24/7 run by SBS here in oz, 2) a 2 hours weekday broadcast that they also have streaming live on ustream with a top 8 vote of fave songs by listeners – that show is actually broadcast again at 11pm on SBSs main national FM radio channel. AND 3) a music video show that plays sunday mornings!!!! ASIAN POP SHALL TAKE OVER THE COUNTRY AT LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have listened to the digital radio a few times for MANY hours, listened to all or part of the live show since Tuesday, and plan to catch my first ep of the music vid show this sunday!! WOO! 😀
Also a few times this week my twitter feed has been blitzed by me chatting in the ustream chat for the live broadcast – sorry twitter followers!
Unfortunately it is 90% kpop, which is okay i guess – i have been listening since Monday and have found a few tracks I like – but still this is cool! I am happy!!!!! We just need more jpop on there.
Anyways the video above is the tv show that broadcast LAST sunday – not sure if it will still be available after tomorrows show though. I am looking forward to watching some asian pop on my tv! ZOMGAWD!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyways at the moment the top 8 vote thing – there is ONE jpop song in there – Rising Sun by Exile. It jumped from #7 to #3 yesterday. I dont love this song as much as their song I Wish For You but I will do my best to vote that sucker to #1. KPOP MUST BOW TO ITS SUPERIOR COUSIN!!!!!!!!! 😀
