The chappie at Fairvue Central currently lists Vanessa Amorosi’s Heroes Live Forever on his play list. OH THE SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay so I can’t talk – you can all see what I am listening to – but man – I am SO sick of hearing any song performed at the opening ceremony of the Olympics. It makes me sick! Channel Seven – I blame YOU!
Speaking of Vanessa Amorosi, I don’t recall if I shared with you – one day when I was on the train I fell asleep and had a dream about her – I was talking to her saying something along the lines of “you have a great voice and I like some of your songs but if I hear the Heroes Live Forever song one more time I am likely to kill” and this was about 4 or 5 days into the Olympics.
Now if she’d sung Absolutely Everybody that would have been good…though not Shine – thats another painful song. And Look At Me just would NOT have worked as an Olympics song.
Should I be ashamed that I know all the singles she’s released?
