Yesterday afternoon I went and saw Merrick and Rosso doing their broadcast at the Horden Pavillion.
It was fun – I went by myself so I didnt go have one of those run around a be an idiot and ‘ooh I feel trendy and hip today’ moments like I used to have in high school when I went to things like the Big Day Out or went to gigs of local bands (….oooh the mighty days of the Ghoulstones! hahahaha!!!! private joke there – dont be scared!).
I knew what Merrick and Rosso looked like and I knew what Adam Spencer from the Breakfast Show and The Sandman all looked like but everyone else I had no idea. Its weird how you can have an image of a person in your head because of their voice and many times they just do NOT live up to it! LOL!!!
But it was a groovy arvo. Spent quite a lot of cash on taxis though!
Anyways – when I got home I spent the better part of 6 hours renovating my Buffy website – I am not gonna post the URL yet on here because the renovation hasn’t been uploaded yet. But yes – I wasted a few hours battling the evil computer to get the main layout done. For some reason my computer regularly disagrees with me and Photoshop! But I beat the evil thing tonight! I WON THE BATTLE!
