{"id":360,"date":"2000-07-23T01:55:00","date_gmt":"2000-07-22T15:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/galacticmuffin.net\/day17\/?p=360"},"modified":"2012-08-03T02:41:15","modified_gmt":"2012-08-02T15:41:15","slug":"360","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.galacticmuffin.net\/day17\/2000\/07\/360\/","title":{"rendered":"Final Fantasy VIII"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I realised I didnt tell you people (if you are even reading or am I just talking to myself&#8230;.probably) <b>why<\/b> I missed Xena!<\/p>\n<p>Well after I saw <b>X-Men<\/b> again I wandered over to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ebworld.com\">Electronic Boutique<\/a> and was having a browse hoping to find some game on PC cheap that I might wanna play&#8230;I was thinking maybe Theme World or something but I couldnt see it. So I wandered over to the Playstation games but before I got there I saw some action figures and had a drool &#8211; Matrix, Buffy and X-Men (movie) ones!<\/p>\n<p>Finally made it to the Playstation games and lo and behold that morning (the guy behind the counter informed me) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aff8site.com\/\">Final Fantasy 8<\/a> had been reduced to $34.95 (thats Australian currency for those of you who are freaking). Woohoo &#8211; I shouted internally &#8211; and I marched over to the counter and bought it.
