sometimes the system we use at work is glitchy and does mental things.
\nit will make a claim for things it shouldnt, or not do a claim SOON enough….and there are times wheen there is simply no reason for it to do that. its enough to make a person pull theor hair out.
\nnow i am the expert in our office and i can usually figure out a reason for whats happened but there are times i can not comprehend it at all so i will email our IHQ in the US to see if they can have a look and spot why its acting up just so i can advise the CSRs so they can explain to their clients.
\nso this morning i get in…and i must be PMSing because i was ready to punch the monitor when i read it, this stupid cow from the US replies: <\/p>\n

But it FAILED THIS TIME because the OTHER client who gets it got their issue in Feb and the system didnt claim for the client i am enquiring about till june! check your info before you start with me wench!
