Well man I have been neglectful of the wee blog. I apologise.<\/p>\n

First I wanna link to a really silly poll.
\nIts by the AFA (American Family Association for non-American – I had a look around the site to find out about them…they scare me!). The poll is about whether or not gay marriage should be legalised. Here<\/a> is the link. When I linked it on my LJ the percentages still had Opposed about 6% ahead of the Favor peeps. But now in favor is ahead<\/a> – BRILLIANT!
\nWhen I browsed the site the other day I was highly amused about the Pray for AFA<\/a> link on the main page.<\/p>\n

“We believe prayer is the chief catalyst God uses to accomplish His purposes in the earth.<\/p>\n

We’re looking for faithful volunteers who will take just a few minutes each day to pray<\/b> for the needs and concerns of American Family Association. Our goal is to have a 24\/7 nationwide team of prayer partners.”<\/p>\n

and their Prayer concerns<\/a> page had this:<\/p>\n

“American Family Association continues to come under attack from the homosexual community. We are considered to be hate-mongers and have been compared to Nazis. Nothing, of course, could be further from the truth. It is precisely because we love those trapped in the bondage of homosexuality that we are willing to speak the truth of the gospel to them. We ask you to intercede that God will continue to deliver and heal homosexuals.”<\/p>\n

\ni was saying on LJ how i thought saying OMG was just too silly in the face of that crap but then i decided that when i say OMG it now means Oh My Gayfanficaddiction<\/b><\/p>\n
