I havent shared on here but I am in the grip of a minor obsession. It doesnt feel like a minor one because….well its an all-consuming obsession!! But it involves fanfic of a certain kind and I rarely can sustain an addiction to fanfic for long.<\/p>\n

Anyways. I have been freaking out about it all over my LJ so I thought I would sharethe insanity with you guys too.
\nSo I am seriously hot for Draco\/Ginny fanfic right now (those are Harry Potter characters for all you godless heathens!!). Its soooo yummy I could squeal. Am totally deranged I tell you.<\/p>\n

My two fave Draco\/Ginny fanfics so far:
\n* Dark Directed<\/a> – still unfinished but DAMN ITS GOOD!
\n* Little Red<\/a> – another unfinished one (well i think so – ended kinda abruptly). its a longer follow up to a little story by someone else<\/a> about Ginny going to the Halloween Ball dressed as Little Red Ridinghood (whose outfit is tighter and smaller than she remembers…oops!) and Draco noticing her. ^-^<\/p>\n

honourable mentions:
\n* Red Dementia<\/a> – a really short but WOW-is-it-cool fic about Ginny gone megabad.
\n* The Weasel and the Kneazle<\/a> – on Sunday I got to chapter 6 and the last bit of it was missing. Last night I got to chapter 10 and the last bit was missing of that! Having LOADS of fun reading it! But this could rise up to the faves list. Its pretty damn good so far.<\/p>\n

but yeah – Dark Directed is fucking awesomely written. “I want some more…”
\nSame person who wrote it also has a finished D\/G fic called The Past Didn’t Go Anywhere<\/a> which I am in the process of reading. “I dont understand it, i done WANT to understand it…” (hehe – crazy with the quotes today) but in it Draco left the wizarding world after the fall of Voldemort – moved to Canada and joined the MOUNTIES!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF???????????? Some weird shit right there!!!!!!! But its good so far. Would have finished it last night but was tired.<\/p>\n

Ooh – i forgot to add. The other day I was just having random Draco\/Ginny thoughts (as one does in the grip of evil obsession) when I suddenly realised a scary parallel between D\/G and one of my other fave non-canon couples from a different fandom altogther. The guy is blonde and bad – regularly having altercations with hero and his mates. Girl has red hair and has a crush on the hero but he isnt interested. Any guesses before I tell ya’s? It aint hard. ^-^<\/p>\n
