I am a disaster area.
\nLast Saturday when we stopped at a service station I went inside to buy a coke because I was feeling queasy. I was wearing heels at the time and there was a bit of ground right near the door that sloped but I didnt see it before I walked there and so my foot landed in an unexpected fashion and the body went ‘ERRRGH’ and i slowly descended to the ground because i could get my balance fast enough to stay up….was hella dorky and stupid. i didnt hurt myself or anything….or so i thought.<\/p>\n
anyways at the baby shower by the end of the day every time i tried to stand up all the muscles in my thing would make this HUGE protest. it wasnt fun. and it kept happening for the next couple of days. by wednesday the muscles were back to normal but all my joints were aching. then when i woke up yesterday my knee was killing me because i slept in an odd position. when i got to work i took 3 panadol and felt better for a little while. for most of the day it was just a faint pain.<\/p>\n
then last night i was doing a load of washing and this wet towel was on the laundry floor and it had made the floor wet. i was walking out of the laundry when my already wet foot his a wet bit of ground and my foot slide and i fell down AGAIN. i slightly banged my right knee but it is fine. my foot twisted weirdly under me and i am sure to have some fetching bruises on the top of my foot. i am tres lucky my head didnt hit anything as i fell.<\/p>\n
anyway – i have taken three panadol again this morning because my hip down to just below my knee on my left leg are killing me again. waiting for the drugs to kick in……..<\/p>\n
