well as i guessed – my birthday was as suckage as any other day. i should learn not to get my hopes up. i long for the day when i will get at least one present i really want, maybe a little cake and just a day of goodness. instead i get a card, bitching and i’m supposed to be grateful for a second hand mobile i didnt want in the first place.<\/p>\n
in other news – i’ve told you about the japanese people i have been writing to havent i? i’m sure i have.
\nactually i havent heard from one of them for a while – i better write and see how she is….
\nanyways – well one of them asked for my snail mail address and i gave it to her. mum gave me my mail this morning and it was actually a letter from a friend of the girl i gave my address to saying the other girl had become too busy to write. i dont mind. it was a really sweet letter and there was a photo of the girl with her husband and baby and a little bracelet inside! bribery always works! j\/k!!! ^-^<\/p>\n
but it was very nice and i will write back…eek – must use my neatest handwriting.
\nmy writing is a freakish scrawl. its been influenced by at least 3 friends and my mum a little. i write the letters s, f and z 2 different ways depending on where it comes in the word. usually if its in the middle of the word it will look like the running writing version of the letter, the rest of the time it will be normal…but that rule can break in certain words. i am just wacky like that.
\nmaybe when i get home i will write a little bunch of words on paper and share them so you can behold the rebecca scribble! we’ll see how much effort i feel like making then….<\/p>\n
