Youtube is too awesome.
The only place I have found the Perhaps Love soundtrack that available is the japanese iTunes Music store...and i dont have a credit card so thats no help!

But until I track it down I can watch my two fave songs VER AND OVER on youtube! WOO!!!

Totally cute interview with Takeshi in english around the time Perhaps Love came out...but damn i dont like the interviewer Hugh Riminton. he's always been annoying to me - i dont know why.







Its so cute watching him think about what he is saying....he's just too clever! I wish I was actually multilingual. Being able to say a few phrases and recall a few french and japanese words doesnt count!

Just watched the film Returner (yes - another Takeshi film). In some parts you have to work on the suspension of disbelief because its kinda dorky, but the sfx were cool. And I recommend Takeshi takes up wearing leather and shooting guns on a permanent basis - he looked so cool! mwhahahaha
The girl in it was a good lil actress too....BUT OMGAWD - her character is from the future and they show this bit of her just before she comes back and the acting by some of the people in it (all english speaking) is ATROCIOUS!!!!! It adds a great comedy element to the film though! LOL!

So yeah - plot holes galore but its still enjoyable.
When I have money again that doesnt have to go into savings I will probably buy it.

Well I have two obsessions. Its official.

I've already rambled about Glass Mask (squeeee - so cute! Hayami/Maya forever dudes!!!)
Also thanks to Crunchyroll - while I was watching a drama with the cute guy from the Glass Mask Live action there was a link to another video of a movie and it mentioned Takeshi Kaneshiro was in it. I hadnt seen the film so I watched it, and then watched another film with him - and VOILA new mini crush.
So far I have watched Turn Left Turn Right, Chungking Express and am about to watch Fallen Angels.

Actually I had a crush on him after I saw Perhaps Love a few years back, but its back again.

Anyway theres a new film out in Asia with him in it called Red Cliff so there is lots of media stuff with him in it at the moment (i am waiting for the issue of Ming Pao Weekly at work he was in - WOO I LOVE GETTING CHINESE LANGUAGE MAGS AT WORK SOMETIMES!!). I broke my Kinokuniya drought and bought some magazines with him in them (and on the cover) tonight. OOPS! SAVINGS FAIL!!!!!!!!

Anyways - I am now on a mission to watch everything Crunchyroll has with him in it. And dude - SOMEONE HELP ME FIND THE PERHAPS LOVE SOUNDTRACK!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted it way back when I first saw it but I ended up hunting down the special edition of the dvd instead. I WANT THAT SOUNDTRACK and Australian ITunes Store is MADE OF FAIL!!!!!! (so is ebay - DAMNIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
