friday five ::

1. Did you vote in your last elections? Of course! In Australia if you are a registered voter you HAVE to vote. It’s against the law not to. And i like voting anyways – I live in hope my one lil’ vote will help the people I vote for.

2. Do you know who your elected representatives are? Yeah – unfortunately. A bunch of WANKERS!

3. Have you ever contacted an elected representative? If so, what was it about? Nope. Though I have spoken to our local Federal member before. He was doing door to door stuff before he first got elected and he is in the Liberal party. i dont like the Liberal party. the man had no chance of swaying me. poor thing.

4. Have you ever participated in a demonstration? Yep. Not for a long time though. Last ones I recall going to were about freeing East Timor and some anti nuclear thing….was that back around the time of France doing nuclear testing on Muraroa atol or something? man that was AGES ago!

5. Have you ever volunteered in an election? What was the result? No. hehehe
