i still have a hotmail account which i use for some things when i know i am gonna get spam from what ever i am signing up for. i check it at least once a week. and i get a lot of spam on it because i have had the address since 1996 and used it for lots of things so that addrdess is ‘out there’ probably on lots of spam mailing lists.
anyways – so i use hotmail quite regularly and i just read this and i am sitting there going ‘what the hell?’ hotmail has had this thing for ages. maybe its an upgrade of what they presently have in place, but they have had the folder where most of your spam goes so you’re inbox doesnt get as filled up. its not perfect but it does a reasonable job.
one thing i think hotmail needs is to increase the number of ‘block sender’s you can do. i reached my limit AGES ago.
