i dont think i mentioned this – but we have a new person working with us a t work. one of his jobs it to help me and my friend Sarah in our little department. i have discovered training people SUCKS! you cant email your friends nonsense, you cant look at interesting magazines while working, you have to try and stay conscious all day (though i failed in that department on friday and actually fell asleep at my computer and he hassled me afterwards for it!!!)….all so i can set a good impression! its just not fair!!!!

also because i have to show him stuff and we have to share my computer at the moment to do anything the work takes longer…i get very happy when someone comes and steals him so i can just blitz the rest of whatever i am doing.

maybe if it was a more exciting job and he showed a bit more enthusiasm it wouldnt be so bad. but i cant even really think badly of him for not being excited about the work. its a very repetitive job. i like my job because 1) i like the people i work with & actually being able to talk to people regularly – last job was severly deprived of that. 2) get to see new magazines constantly – i LOVE magazines!!! 3) money – i am a materialistic fiend so i am happy to drag my butt on a 2 hour journey each way to come here and earn money that i can spend. 🙂

anyways – its hometime now (get to go early because i arrived early! WOO!) so hopefully i will get a chance to blog more tonight sometime…
