my sisters boyfriend and three of his mates got a tad drunk yesterday and decided they were gonna drive to queensland (with only $200 between them) and get a job picking fruit. they left sometime yesterday arvo/evening and are now happily crashing at a friends house in brisbane. and are returning home in a few days…..

for an idea of how far we are talking go here. this map shows a closer view of the sydney area – if you look west of sydney there are two places – Katoomba and Richmond – i live about half way between those.this map shows brisbane but i have no idea exactly where he is. my dad has done brisbane in a day – starting very early in the morning and getting there sometime after midnight – but my dad is a long-way-driving GOD!!!! we used to go to Queensland every year when I was a kid for holidays.

Em’s boyfriend thought it would take about 10 hours at most….IDIOTS!
